I prioritize high-quality, compassionate care, paired with transparency around fees and options to support your therapeutic journey.

As a private-pay practice, my fee for each individual counseling session is $200. I want to be transparent about why I choose not to work directly with insurance companies: doing so allows therapy to remain deeply personal, confidential, and entirely centered around your needs, not insurance requirements or external limitations. This choice ensures that our work together can be flexible, individualized, and guided solely by what supports you.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Many clients can still receive partial reimbursement from their insurance company. In my experience, reimbursement rates are generally between 60-80% of the session costs after your deductible is met.I provide a superbill (an insurance-friendly receipt) to submit for out-of-network mental health benefits.
